Mary and I are running a 5k on Saturday, August 22nd for the Love Your Body Race. I'm hoping this will give me the motivation to exercise more and lose the 20 pound I have put on since being home.
I thought maybe I should start to train just a little bit before I walk 3.1 miles. I went to the gym last Saturday. I have found the trick work increasing your walking speed. Workout in movie room watching Mission Impossible. I was running, diving, punching the bad guys with Tom Cruise. It was completely invigorating. I'm just waiting for my next assignment.
